Wiltbank Brother's Elk Hunt

Steve and Jason have been on there hunt for the past week and only have a couple of days left.

At the end of Saturday night they finally saw some bulls.

Because it was so hard to see only Steve was able to even get a shot fired.

It ended up taking three shots before it stayed down and they had to call for help to get it in the truck.

 Guillermo wanted a picture too and is asking to tag along while they continue to look for Jason's elk.

Mexico Trip

Ignorance is bliss I guess. We felt perfectly safe at this mansion in Mexico; just us and miles and miles of beach....who'd know. Enjoyed Jen and Nate and the kids with Steve and Colleen. Ryan and Tristan came too. You just have to get to the beach once in a while.
We each had our own room and deck. It was amazing accommodations Nate found for us.
Never saw so many creatures. This one is a baby octopus! After posing so long Ryan did finally get stung, but not too bad.

Tried to throw a surprise party for Ryan at the church with pizza's and Root Beer Floats. Ryan couldn't figure out why so many people were showing up to the church when he was just going to play a little basketball.
Ryan thought he was putting this thing together but after the halls starting filling up and he started asking about all these people, he finally found out they were there to celebrate his birthday.

So this is actually Mike posting. I'm tired of that super long title my mom put on her post from like five months ago so I'm putting a quick post so that it's not on the top of this page. She recently made a trip to Mesa to take care of some stuff so I can add a couple pics from her visit.
We went to grandmas on Monday morning for some delicious breakfast.
Then we got a chance to go to the range and hit some balls.
I thought Tristan did pretty good. Too bad he doesn't have more opportunities to play.
Last we went to the park to feed the ducks while mom finished her errands.
